Livingstone offers a range from of Slide Rheostat and consists of a terminal post, slide piece, resistance wire, metal rod and porcelain barrel. Used as a basic teaching equipment. It demonstrates that the greater the resistance, the longer the resistance wire is, and less resistance means shorter resistance wire in the circuit.
