DermLite Servicing

Macquarie Medical Systems is the Authorised Service Centre for the DermLite range throughout Australia, the South Pacific and South East Asia.

We maintain the 3GEN Factory 10 year* warranty on all DermLite devices. We will happily service any DermLite device, whether it was purchased from us or from another company across the globe.

We happily service all devices under warranty and out of warranty. Warranty repairs, once approved are at no cost for parts and labour (excluding freight charges). Please note: if the device is not purchased from Macquarie Medical Systems or MoleMax Systems, then all freight charges are borne by the customer.


Should your device require repair, please contact us (details below) with an explanation of the problem. If this issue is valid as part of the device warranty, we will repair your device free of charge. Additionally, whether or not it has been purchased from us, we will happily service all DermLite devices. Devices under warranty will be repaired at no charge for parts or labour (freight costs may apply).

Unfortunately, we are only able to repair devices initially purchased from Macquarie Medical Systems, MoleMax Systems, Derma Medical Systems or one of our resellers (with the exception of DermLite devices – these can be repaired regardless of initial supplier). Alternatively, for non-warranty devices our service and technical team provide a quote for repair and will work with you to easily and quickly repair your device.
