DermLite Lumio 2

DermLite Lumio 2 is the next generation in general skin exam illumination. By combining brightest-in-class polarised white light, three wavelengths in the UV spectrum, a special Wood mode, and special optical filters in a beautifully slim, quickly rechargeable device, Lumio 2 is the ultimate tool for visualising various skin conditions.

This dermatology examination light features a 100mm aspheric lens with 2.3x magnification, allowing detailed visualisation of skin structures. Choose from polarised white light or UV wavelengths including 365nm, 385nm and 405nm for fluorescence skin imaging.

Lumio 2 also includes a Wood lamp mode, designed to replicate traditional Wood light examination for evaluating pigmentation and skin conditions.

The device includes two magnetic OptiClip™ accessories for enhanced imaging and magnification.

• OptiClip 2.5x – increases magnification for detailed skin examination

Powered by a lithium-ion rechargeable battery, Lumio 2 supports extended use. Charging is completed using the included USB-C cable.

Model No. DLU2 includes one Lumio 2 skin examination light, OptiClip 405nm Long-Pass, OptiClip 2.5x and a protective neoprene pouch.

About the Wavelengths

365nm and 385nm wavelengths are used for evaluating superficial pigmentation and skin features, helping improve visibility of pigmented areas and vascular structures.

405nm wavelength is used for fluorescence imaging, supporting visualisation of specific skin conditions under controlled lighting conditions.
